Tuesday Mar 28, 2006. Assignment 1 FAQ

Q1. Do you want us to write about a range of group communication tools, or do you just want us to write about ONE tool? If it is a range, how many different types you want us to review?

A1. A range of group communication techniques. You can categorize the techniques in different ways. There is no required number of "types" that you should cover. But you should cover most techniques available for group communication.

Q2. What is the format of the assignment deliverable? Do we need to have different sections such as Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review and Conclusion?

A2. You are not required to provide a full report. You do not need to have an "abstract" and "conclusion" section. "Introduction" is optional (not assessed), only the literature review section is required. You can have sub-sections in the literature review section. You are not required to give conclusion on which one is the best communication technique. Each technique has its strength and weakness, you only need to explore that in the literature review section.
